Mgr Sr, Vendor Management

The Sr. Manager, Vendor Management role will report to and assist the Sr. Director of Technology Integration with managing various technology vendors and relationships, inclusive of managed service providers that oversee our recent, non-integrated business units. This role will articulate business and technology governance policies to the non-integrated business units, for employees, managed service providers and vendors.

This role is accountable for supporting compliance and consistency in vendor partner relationships and analytical management. In this role, you'll need the ability to build strong relationships and work well with others.

Your Impact:

Cultivate and maintain vendor relationships for vendors connected to Technology Department.Developing, maintaining, and enforcing technology service standards for technology vendors of non-Integrated business units.Develop metrics to manage vendor performance and productivity.Collaborate with other responsible teams including legal, security, finance, and key internal stakeholders.Manage all existing technology contracts for non-Integrated business units, tracking contract renewals, early termination fees, etc. with an eye towards consolidation and standardization of services across business where possible.Utilize knowledge of business to level set issues and escalate as appropriate to Vendor ManagementManage Third-Party vendors and subscriptions for non-Integrated businesses.Determine at a future date if all vendors, inclusive of the vendors supporting the integrated business should be included in the scope of this role.

Successful Candidates will Have:

5+ years of managing multiple vendor relationships.Effective Communication, both technical and non-technical (verbal and written)  Expert in conducting meetings - internal and external.Should be very comfortable in talking to stakeholders and executives.Should have technical knowledge for this role, including ServiceNow.Liaise with Control Owners, Finance, Auditors, Legal & Compliance, and Regulators to ensure support for control objectives.Manage the scope of work and help with any challenges and the ability to evidence control effectiveness in an efficient manner.Experience analyzing data, problem resolution, reporting, and dashboards.Demonstrate strong expertise with software vendors, licensing models, utilization tracking and management, budget forecasting and management.

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $109,000.00 - $135,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
