The Training Manager is responsible for managing the Sales and Service Training Center(s). You'll be preparing and facilitating training courses, both live and on- line and/or other non-traditional delivery methods, such as video conferencing and webinars, including ensuring proper and consistent procedures are taught to maintain an effective workforce, and evaluating training instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs.  Travel is required, and direct leadership of a staff of trainers and coordinators to consistently produce effective regulatory and DOT training.
