Ensure brand heritage, DNA, and strategy are met through education and training. Create content to support sales plans and talent development of brand ambassadors. Drive luxury service and experience models, and lead elevated event strategies across all business channels. Accountabilities: + Exemplify the Kilian Paris and Editions De Parfums Frederic Malle brand culture. + Strengthen the relationship between sales, education, and field teams. + Drive sales and build brand equity through education on product knowledge, technical excellence, and consultation skills. + Develop the talent of Ambassadors, Field Executives, and Field Education Training Managers. + Liaise with Account Management, Field Leadership, and Marketing on education strategies. + Manage expense reports and maintain project timelines. + Adapt global education content for North America. + Align North American education strategy with the global vision. + Forecast and distribute field gratis and uniforms. + Evaluate talent and conduct in-person elevated trainings. + Manage budgets for education-related activities. Responsibilities: + Develop and implement education content and programs. + Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams. + Oversee education content, curriculum, and field team management. + Plan and execute regional seminars and events. + Adapt global training formats for North America. + Innovate the education experience in each market. + Lead curriculum development and career path for the Field Team. + Ensure education content aligns with marketing and account strategies. + Identify and develop top talent in key markets. + Provide quarterly education updates to leadership. + Organize and execute regional education and events. + Lead facilitation of education events and programs. + Collaborate with Field Teams and support partnerships with global and NOAM teams. **Qualifications** Qualifications for the role include: + 5+ years of relevant work experience. + Exceptional sales, education, and consultation skills. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, motivational, coaching, and presentation skills. + Proven leadership and management capabilities. + Strong organizational and administrative skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. + Ability to travel nationally and internationally based on business needs. + Flexible and open attitude to quickly adjust to change. **Pay Range:** The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$85,000.00** **to** **$139,600.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
