**Description** This role supports the Consumer Marketing Director on all the Earned Media strategy (PR, Influence & Social). The role requires juggling several missions from data analysis to the building of the PR/Influence yearly strategy, and to the operational execution of it, for the Brand both as a region (covering 4 Affiliates) and as an Affiliate (Affiliate Leveraged model covering 28 countries in Europe). Public Relations + Managing the 4 PR Agencies of the brand in EMEA. + Securing Media Coverage in newspaper, magazines, online publications, and broadcast media. + Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and other key figures in the media industry to facilitate coverage and opportunities. + Managing public relations: Overseeing the organization's public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, handling media inquiries, and handling any other linked topics (organizing interviews, press events, press trips/visits etc.) + Enhancing brand reputation: Working to enhance and protect the brand's reputation by proactively managing media relations and addressing any negative publicity or crisis to the corporate team. Social Media + Managing the Owned Media Page of the brand in France: Planning the animations, the editorial editorial, and work on content creations. + Sharing guidelines on the owned media pages of the affiliates: Make sure the affiliate respect the guidelines and brand equity. + Driving engagement on social media: Utilizing social media platforms to engage with the organization's audience, build brand awareness, and foster positive sentiment through compelling content and communication interaction. + Increase visibility on retailer's social media pages Influencers. + Finding new talents within the social media landscape. + Brief the Influencer Crew on the product launches, trends or any content creation opportunities needed by the brand. + Organize the seedings of the novelties, and any other needed actions. + Building at least 2 "relationships" events with influencer by year. + Work hand in hand with Consumer Marketing Director and Paid Media Manager on Paid Media Campaign involving Influencers: Selection Choices, reporting analysis etc. + Build the yearly and upcoming 3 years strategy to reinforce our social media leadership. Reporting & Analysis + Measuring and Analyzing the results: Tracking and analyzing the results of earned media efforts, including media coverage, social media engagement, sentiment analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data⁃driven decisions. + Benchmark/Monitoring media landscape: Staying ahead on trends, keeping abreast of innovations, technologies in the media and marketing industries to continuously improve and optimize the earned media straregy of the brand for a maximum impact. Budget Follow Up Managing entirely the Earned Media Budget: Keep track of the spends, Managing the PO etc. **Qualifications** + Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and influencers. + Content Creation skills on social media platforms, Video editing Photoshop is a "plus". + SEO Knowledge, understanding of basic SEO principles to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility. + Project management: Managing multiple campaigns, and initiatives simultaneously, including setting goals, timelines, budgets and ensuring timely execution. + Adaptability: Being adaptable to changes in the media landscape and industry trends, and being able to pivot strategies accordingly.
