The purpose of this procurement leadership role is to manage professional-level employees (Strategic Relationship Managers (SRM) and Buyer roles) supporting the Church’s Welfare Department. This role is to be a first line, working manager having individual contributor responsibilities, and therefore, an expert-level professional that optimizes the value of and manages the relationships between Church organizations and their critical and strategic implementing organizations, suppliers, and vendors. This role helps ensure that critical supplies, commodities, and third-party services are delivered to the Church as needed and within budgetary constraints.
