Your Key Responsibilities Your Qualifications

Qualification : Masters/ Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Diploma in Engineering

Experience : 10-15 years in manufacturing area.

Critical Competency :

- Quality knowledge of ISO / IATF / QC tools  / FMEA / PPAP

- Four Schaeffler Inter-personal competencies - Willingness to change, Customer - focus,      Goal focus and Team play

- Grinding  process and  automatic assembly  concepts

-Experience  of  inprocess  control  and  measurement instrument.

 -Poke  yoke development  and  process  improvement
