BGS is searching for a MH-139 Program Analyst to join the team at Malmstrom AFB in Montana.

Sign-on bonus available based on candidate eligibility

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Position Responsibilities:

Supports the development and implementation of manufacturing processes.

Contributes to defining production activities and resolves problems of limited scope.

Supports the investigation of product defects and production inefficiencies and contributes to the development of solutions to reduce/mitigate.

Supports the review and approval of technical documents.

Analyzes charging trends and supports the development of projected staffing forecast.

Assists with the preparation and justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation.

Contributes to projects and participates in research on proposed projects.

Supports translating data into an actionable plan for implementation within the organization.

Compiles and assists with providing management status reports for corrective/preventative action.

Detailed Position Responsibilities:

Capture , Analyze and maintain performance metrics ranging from Aircraft Scheduling Effectiveness, aircraft mean time between failures, aircraft utilization, quality first pass and several logistic metrics.

Research & compile reports for site manager review and submission. 

Monitors MH-139 aircraft historical (FAA/Military) digital and forms documentation records ensuring the integrity of the deliverable product configuration to the customer.

Conducts database queries, plan and forecast production schedules for inspections and Time Change components (Hourly & Calendar) through use of IMDS and GOLDesp Maintenance Information Systems.

Coordinate with customer and maintenance control on monthly/weekly/yearly Sortie Flight Schedules associated with the Flying Hour Program. Streamline scheduled maintenance documentation, monitor and review MH-139 scheduled maintenance inspection worksheet and local panel sheet decreasing administrative cycle times while ensuring requirements are met IAW FAA, OEM, and Air Force maintenance manuals. 

Build/create/use databases for Inspection flow plans to use with calculating inspection trackers to provide analysis metrics to meet/measure aircraft maintenance completion goals.

Assists internal personnel and customers daily with forms, IMDS, and GOLDesp data request’s and/or issues.

Assists Logistic Personnel in trending parts for future full kitting requirements.

Assist in the development of the newly established MH-139 dashboard with data analysis requirements.

Builds, updates and maintains MH-139 forms and master inventory list of locally generated forms being used by the sites.

This position requires an active U.S. Interim Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years’ experience with the airline/aerospace industry or relevant industrial sector companies utilizing data analytics

3+ years’ experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Knowledge and experience in using aircraft Maintenance Information Systems and data extraction for building metric charts or reportsExperienced user of IMDS and GOLDesp.USAF knowledge of AFI’s 21-101, 21-103, 00-20-1 and other publications directly related to maintenance management activities.Experience with USAF flying hour program analysis and planning.Knowledge/use of Department of Defense and Air Force forms.Microsoft product knowledge and ability to create/maintain databases for aircraft metric analysisKnowledge and experience with managing/monitoring an aircraft flying hour program

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: 73,100 - 98,900
