Responsibilities

1. Ensures receiving/shipping timeliness against target and receiving/picking accuracy.

\n

a. Ensures timely reconciliation by ensuring that all of items received in the system tallies with the documents (RSR vs. DR/RTS).

\n

b. Checks the following information: description, Item Code, code dates, Quantity and Quality

\n

c. Ensure proper usage of lift truck.

\n

2. Checks the quality, quantity, palletizing standard, description such as item code, code dates and control group of the received FGs and FGs to be shuttled.

\n

3. Perform scan it move it policy.

\n

4. Follow safety and quality standards of the site.

\n

6 Delivers day to day plan for Inbound and Outbound (Receiving, Putaway, Picking and Shipping of FGs)

\n

7. Pallet and FGs staging and transfer

\n

8.Performs IDD task as assigned by Operations Supervisor esp. on lean days

\n

 

Requirements

1. With 1-2 years experience in & MHE operations .

\n

2. With basic knowledge on Safety and Quality Policies and Procedures      

\n

3. With first hand experience using WMS & SAP

\n

4.  Effective compliance to instructions

\n

5. Keen attention to details    

\n

6. Familiar with shifting operations on a 24/7 mode

\n

7. Willing to work during holidays and extended hours
