This is ideally by preventing an accident or injury before it occurs.\n\n\nParticipate on monthly performance review provide feedback to immediate superior regarding on the KPI discussed (productivity, variance, dispersion, direct and indirect hours and resources needs)\n\n\nParticipate on daily informal performance review conducted by immediate superior and seek advice to improve performance and other KPI's (productivity, variance, dispersion, direct and indirect hours and resources needs)\n\n\nTrack your KPIs results as established on your respective KPI Tree and raise issues, challenges and opportunities to your front line leader.\n\n\nParticipate on Process Confirmation with your Front Line Leader in order to identify deviations’ root causes and new best practices [individual]\n\n\nConduct Safety Confirmation via BBS (Behavior Based Safety) using smart ops. or BBS form provided at work station\n\n\nCheck Area assigned or Area ownership for posible 5'S deviation and Unsafe conditions that may affect operations.\n\n\nIdentify Kaizen (improvement opportunities) during Performance Reviews and Process Confirmations with your Front Line Leader suggest improvement ideas in own processes and in the overall operation as well\n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\nRequirements\n\n\n1. Passed on the trade test and training for the specific MHE applied for.
2. Fit to do the process. And with willingness to work.
3. Vision is not color blind. There are some items with the same almost the same packaging but diff SKU.
4. Can work on the warehouse facility.
