Responsibilities- Safely operate the reach truck for moving and storing pallets in high storage racks. • Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.\n-Inventory and Stock Management • Assist in the proper storage of materials to prevent damage.\n-Retrieve items as required for dispatch or redistribution, ensuring accurate placement. -Help maintain accurate inventory records.\n- Inspect Equipment • Conduct daily pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure the reach truck is functioning properly.\n- Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions immediately.\n- Compliance with Safety Standards\n- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.\n- Adhere to company-specific safety protocols when operating the machinery.\n- Assist in Loading and Unloading\n- Support loading and unloading operations for incoming and outgoing trucks.\n- Ensure that goods are properly secured before transport.\n- Record and maintain logs of material movements and inventory, ensuring data accuracy in warehouse management systems (WMS).\n- Document any equipment or safety issues.\n- Coordinate with Warehouse Teams •Requirements- Male or female\n- Valid Certification/License • Possess a valid reach truck operating license or certification according to local regulatory requirements.\n- Be familiar with safety standards and protocols related to material handling equipment (MHE).\n- Proficient Reach Truck Operation\n \n- Skillful in maneuvering the reach truck in confined spaces and at various heights. • Experience in stacking, retrieving, and moving pallets safely and accurately.
