Conduct thorough inspections of meals and provide detailed reportsEfficiently plan trips and manage time, coordinating with team membersMonitor various media outlets for restaurant-related information within the assigned market.Expected a minimum of 260 meal inspections annuallyBe willing to travel internationallyQualifications:
A deep passion for gastronomy with extensive culinary knowledgeIntegrity, discretion, and respect for the requirement of anonymityFlexibility to travel frequently, including regular evening and occasional weekend assignmentsExperience in the hospitality sector is advantageousAbility to adapt to changing environments and work independentlyExceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and strong observational abilitiesHold a valid driving license is a great plus*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
