POSITION PURPOSE:

 

To ensure environmental monitoring, water testing, trends and documentation as per regulatory guidelines.

 

MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

To maintain Good Laboratory Practice and Good Documentation Practice in micro lab.Perform daily calibration & verification activity in micro lab & maintaining related documents.Preparation of media for routine activity & maintain its re-conciliation.Water sampling & testing as per the procedure & maintaining its related documentation.Environment monitoring of micro lab, its reporting.To involve & co-ordinate with validation party for all qualification, validation activity in micro lab.Performance of all Growth Promotion Test of newly received media & prepared media lots.Procurement, storage & handling of all standard cultures & its purity verification along with its related documentation.

 

WORK RELATIONS:

 

Internal:

QA, Quality Control, Eng. Department (Utility), HR, IT, Production, OHC, Safety.

 

External:

External Testing Lab Service providers and Validation Service providers

 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

M.Sc. in MicrobiologyMinimum 1-2 Years in Microbiology lab of pharma Industry.
