This position offers the chance to collaborate with various corporate groups including Research and Development and Global Licensing, providing a dynamic and inclusive work environment. **How you would contribute:** + Perform tests of raw materials and finished products for microbial contamination. + Complete preservative efficacy testing to ensure product safety. + Assist in troubleshooting production issues to maintain flawless operations. + Support training initiatives to help develop and improve team skills. + Prepare and standardize reagents to ensure accurate testing. + Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment for efficient performance. + Validate procedures used in the micro lab to meet strict quality standards. + Assist in developing microbiological specifications for new product introductions. + Prepare and present technical reports to managers, co-workers, and customers. + Other duties as assigned. **What’s special about the team:** Our team is ambitious and committed to achieving world-class standards in everything we do.
