Job Description: 

Overseeing and managing laboratory day to day operationsOverseeing 7 direct reportsManaging employees schedules, timesheet approval,Interact/coordinate with customers directly and other management personnelEquipment oversight and validations

Qualification :

5+ Years of laboratory experience Including (cell biology/cellular therapy experience) is Mandatory3+ yeas of leadership experience (not just supervising, but working with management on business level decisions) is MandatoryBachelors OR Masters in Science is preferredMT, MLS, CLS certification preferred
