This is a great opportunity to work with a great team with a common goal of finding the root cause of chronic health issues! **What’s in it for you?** + Cross training offered in multiple departments of the lab (microbiology, immunoassay, chemistry, toxicology, etc) + Flexibility with schedule + On-the job training **Pay:** $18/hr-$19/hr + Shift Differential **Shift:** M-F 2pm-10pm **Essential Functions** + Process and analyze patient samples, monitor QC, and ensure all instruments are maintained properly. + Perform department procedures and demonstrate sound laboratory techniques. + Must have read and follow Departmental SOPs. + Demonstrates proficiency in judging acceptability of quality control results. + Communicates sample issues within and outside the department to support proper client communication. + Demonstrated proficiency in performing maintenance on equipment in the department. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree required in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or other life sciences. + Basic laboratory techniques within Chemistry or Microbiology.
