Job Description
Our client, a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing providing process development and cGMP production in cell culture, microbial fermentation, and gene therapies, is looking for a Quality Control Associate to support their Environmental Monitoring, Bioburden, and water collection programs.
ResponsibilitiesSupport Environmental Monitoring, Bioburden, and water collection programs.Perform kinetic endotoxin testing.Conduct bioburden testing.Ensure compliance with GMP standards.Autoclave and perform general housekeeping in the lab.Essential SkillsExperience with kinetics endotoxin testing.1-3 years of Environmental Monitoring experience.1-3 years of Bioburden testing experience.GMP experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsBS/BA in science, preferably in microbiology, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related technical field.Experience with endotoxin (gel clot and/or kinetic methods).Experience with autoclaving and general housekeeping in the lab.Work Environment
The site is a fairly large facility consisting of three different buildings that support various parts of the global organization. The Quality Control team, which the candidate will be a part of, is a smaller group within the larger QC department. The team comprises 11 individuals working across four shifts, with two analysts on each shift. The shift for this position is Sunday through Wednesday from 7 am to 5 pm. The company boasts a great culture with an employee engagement team that ensures the culture remains intact. Team members have the opportunity to learn time management, microbiological test methods, and gain exposure to the CDMO space.
