POSITION PURPOSE:
The Micro Cleaner Lead oversees the day-to-day cleaning operations and quality programs of specific accounts or group sites.
SCHEDULE: Part Time- Monday- Friday 5:30pm-9:30pm
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position title may vary depending on the service environment. For instance, some roles may involve janitorial tasks that necessitate specific training, while others may be situated in GMP spaces and/or data centers, requiring additional or specialized training and techniques. Other duties may be assigned:
+ Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
+ Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and techniques
+ Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
+ Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.
+ Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
+ Makes rounds to check for crew coverage of designated work areas, assigns needed coverage, gives special cleaning instructions and/or assignments, and ascertains compliance with directives.
+ Maintain records, such as reporting and managing employee paid time off.
+ Ensures accurate time keeping and ensures labor law compliance
+ Performs inventories, reports and related work as assigned.
+ All other duties as defined by supervisor.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must have and be able to consistently apply the following skills at the levels indicated to produce assigned results.
+ Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
+ Ability to write simple correspondence.

+ The Weight or Force requirement in this position is: Up to 40 pounds
VISION REQUIREMENT:
+ This position requires to have close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), and color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).
+ Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships)
+ Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
