As a member of the Global Quality, Quality Management Office at Micron Technology, Inc., your role will be to champion and drive operational excellence across various departments. This will involve adhering to the principles and criteria of the Micron Quality Award (MQA), setting high-performance standards, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

You will work with senior leaders and engineers in different sites and functions to facilitate understanding, deployment, and improvement of the MQA components.

Develop and implement program deployment strategy.Create roadmaps and timelines.Lead stakeholders.Evaluate program execution.Mitigate risks.Maintain the program’s SharePoint site.Coordinate project plans for assessments, submissions, and presentations.Data Analysis & Benchmarking
Lead data analysis from assessments.Benchmark between Micron sites and external organizations using the EFQM model.Identify benchmarking opportunities.Champion collaboration for shared learning.Qualifications & Skills:
Possess prior experience in a program management role and have the capability to handle sophisticated projects.Be open to both domestic and international travel.3-5 bullet pointsTo enable cross-cultural and global functions, a high level of proficiency in English is vital. Proficiency in an additional language is advantageous, with preference for Japanese or Chinese.Education and Experience:
