The strategic technologies group is looking for a individual that is passionate about software development and is looking to work with backend technologies like SQL Databases, .Net Core 8 C#, Azure Functions, API Manager, Azure Service Bus, Azure DevOps, and others. Additionally we are looking for an individual that is interested in learning development processes like scrum, sprint planning, story/task planning and estimating/story pointing. This role will provide a mixture of development work, research, training, and meeting participation.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Attend meetings
Provide daily status updates
Complete Toro Developer Training
Independently research solutions
Develop small bug fixes
Develop small enhancements
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
We require interns to be enrolled in an educational program during the duration of the internship program.
Programming course(s) completed. Java, .NET, or equivalent
Understanding of programming lifecycle
Exposure to Agile development methodology
