Job Description:

We are seeking a highly professional individual to oversee the administration 

and maintenance of our Microsoft 365 Tenant as well as the cloudbased

productivity and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will have a thorough working knowledge to evaluate, plan, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services and its products. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, 

managing users and groups with Entra, managing enterprise applications, aiding with managing, and optimizing Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange 

ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Shift: Mon - Fri - 17:00 - 01:00 CET

Responsibilities:

Design, architect, maintain, and support the global M365 environment.Oversee the design, architecture, health, and support of collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.Lead complex Microsoft 365 projects, such as integrations through acquisitions and divestitures.Ensure the security of Microsoft 365 in alignment with business requirements.Provide Level III support for Messaging and Collaboration, including guidance and training for the support organization.Communicate changes and feature enhancements to Microsoft 365 to IT, end users, and partners.Collaborate with the business, internal IT, and third parties, including Microsoft, to solve complex problems.Identify IT trends and changes in technologies and their implications on the company's landscape.Work with IT Security and Group Internal Audit to ensure the security, reliability, integrity, and robustness of solution designs.Interface with IT Leadership to provide updates related to Collaboration and manage cross-functional operations.Perform root cause analysis after critical outages to address underlying problems.Build and maintain detailed documentation related to architecture, processes, and procedures, and contribute to Collaboration roadmaps.Implement best practices and security measures to prevent and mitigate email-related threats.Configure and manage the integration of Microsoft technologies, such as SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and Office 365.Keep up-to-date documentation of M365-related processes and procedures.Implement and manage security measures to protect M365 environments, including encryption, data loss prevention (DLP), and email archiving.Administer and monitor Entra, including user accounts, groups, roles, permissions, policies, and security settings.Administer and monitor Enterprise Applications, Application Registrations, and consent requests.Plan, implement, and monitor Microsoft 365 services and features, such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Compliance, Security, Search & Intelligence, and Office configurations.Perform regular audits and generate reports on Microsoft 365 usage, performance, and issues.Provide technical support and guidance to end users and stakeholders on Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Messaging and Collaboration, including but not limited to the following:Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) since its inception or near 2011.Microsoft 365 Tenant administration.Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online.Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive administration.Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance features and policies.Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Power BI reporting.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Microsoft 365 certifications are a plus.
