Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, secure, and integrated solutions using the M365 ecosystem. Provide architectural oversight for projects involving M365 applications such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, Viva, and Exchange Online. Lead discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solution architectures. Define governance, security, compliance, and data retention policies for M365 applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and user experience goals. Develop and maintain documentation for architecture designs, integration patterns, and governance models. Stay up-to-date with new M365 features and capabilities and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Lead or support migrations, upgrades, and integrations involving M365 workloads. Advise on licensing models and cost optimization strategies for M365 services.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in M365 architecture, deployment, and administration. In-depth experience with key M365 services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Exchange Online. Strong understanding of M365 security and compliance features, including Microsoft Purview, DLP, Conditional Access, Sensitivity Labels, and Information Protection. Familiarity with M365 administration tools: Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Security & Compliance Center, PowerShell for M365, etc. Strong experience with data governance, identity and access management (Azure AD), and Zero Trust principles. Experience with workflows and automation using Power Automate or similar tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Preferred Certifications (nice to have)
