Job Description An employer in the Destin, Florida area is seeking a Microsoft 365 Developer for a contract to hire opportunity. This individual will be responsible but not limited to the following: will work with a government customer to develop, deploy, and maintain business solutions utilizing Microsoft 365 components. Will interact daily with the customer to be able to define the application requirements and translate their needs into a solution architecture that can be deployed on their customers networks using an agile program management methodology. Will design and implement the user experience, the data storage and security methodologies. Will establish and maintain separate Microsoft 365 components by developing and testing in these environments to include all the related configuration management activities. Experience coding with Python is required to be able to pull data from external sources into these environments. Will have a hybrid schedule onsite 2-3 days/week and requires an active Secret Security DoD clearance. Skills and Requirements Active Secret DoD Security Clearance Bachelors Degree (STEM or related field) 4+ years of experience creating training user interfaces for business processes using Microsoft Office 365 components (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate)) Experience programming in Python Experience establishing and running multiple environments simultaneously (developing and testing) while executing and managing related configuration management functions Experience deploying and updating existing and current Microsoft 365 components and Power Platform solutions.
