Job Introduction

We provide tailored services for various public sector bodies including European Institutions, the Belgian and German Defence, the European Space Agency, and the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN). Our expertise spans IT services, Facility Management, Space Research, and Operations.

Main Responsibilities

The M365 Solution Architect provides guidance, solutions, principles, standards and best practices for Microsoft 365 implementation at Enterprise level. He/She must be focused on enabling business and IT leaders to make investment decisions that balance and prioritize current operational demands, disruptions, and opportunities with the longer-term strategic vision of the organization. 

He/She will be also responsible for the hands-on implementation, configuration, and support of solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role focuses on enabling effective collaboration, productivity, and security through practical application of tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Leading all aspects of user, group, and device migrations, including Active Directory to Active Directory (AD-to-AD) migrations, and managing workloads in Microsoft 365. The key responsibilities are related to manage all aspects of: Identity and Access Management User Workloads and Collaboration Endpoint and Device Management Collaboration with the Microsoft Azure Solution architect to provide Enterprise Projects Expertise

Other Responsibilities are:

Configure and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive. Lead hands-on initiatives to migrate services and data to Microsoft 365 from on-premises environments. Implement and maintain Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security policies. Develop and enforce governance and best practices for tenant management, licensing, and user adoption. Configure and manage Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for identity and access management across the M365 environment. Support the deployment and adoption of Power Platform tools for low-code/no-code application development. Provide technical support for security and compliance features, such as Microsoft Purview and Defender for Office 365. Hands-On Approach: Actively involved in the implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of M365 solutions. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365-related issues. Required Skills and Experience

Technical Skills:

Deep hands-on expertise with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform. Proven experience migrating services and data from on-premises to Microsoft 365. Strong skills in configuring and managing Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for identity and access management. Expertise in hybrid identity management (AD/Entra ID) and AD-to-AD migrations. Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint security management. Hands-on experience with security and compliance tools like Microsoft Purview and Defender for Office 365. Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and management. Certifications (preferred): Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (M365). Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.

Other Skills:

Strong Communication and Alignment: Provides clear updates, maintains alignment with the project lead and technical team, and ensures seamless collaboration across all stakeholders. Team Collaboration: Works effectively within the team, sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and contributing to a positive work environment. Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale Microsoft 365 deployments. Proactive Engagement: Anticipates challenges, keeps the project lead informed, and takes initiative to resolve issues. Adaptability: Flexible and open to evolving project needs, strategies, and feedback. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing and overcoming technical or logistical obstacles. Organizational Skills: Manages time and tasks efficiently, adhering to project timelines and workflows. Languages: Fluent in English (must-have); German is highly desired.
