We’re looking for a **Microsoft 365** **Sr. Engineer** to join our team. As a Microsoft 365 Engineer, your responsibilities will include architecting, designing, and providing support for all Microsoft 365 environments and workloads. Key tasks involve overseeing services such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive as well as driving new feature deployments in collaboration with support teams. The role will also be responsible for driving Intune policy and configuration management across all endpoints. Additionally, the role will ensure the security of these systems while also providing next-level technical support to first-line support teams. Responsibilities: + Evaluate, plan, migrate, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services. + Architecture, design, and configuration of new features and solutions within the M365 tenant. + Provide Level 4 technical escalation support to support teams, addressing issues related to the M365 workloads. + Configuration design of endpoint policies and configurations within Microsoft Intune for both corporate and personal device/application management. + Work collaboratively with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams to resolve issues and implement new solutions. + Develop admin documentation and end user support guides for M365 services. Skills + Experience managing and supporting Microsoft Exchange online including email routing and security configurations. + Experience supporting all the M365 collaboration workloads including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform. + Endpoint management expertise within Microsoft Intune in support of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS platforms. + Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and tools. + Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation, management, and troubleshooting. + Knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing and functionality. + Experience with Jira.
