Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (SCCM) to provide support to the FLETC Enterprise IT Support Services contract located at FLETC Headquarters in Glynco, GA.

Responsibilities Administer and deploy System Center Configuration Manager Coordinate and operate the FLETC enterprise IT Service Desk that serves as the single point of contact to manage and respond to all FLETC customer requests for IT support within the FLETC Administrative and Training Network EnvironmentsInstall, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure (site servers, distribution points, and clients). Deploy and manage software updates, applications, and operating systems across devices. Perform patch management to ensure systems are up-to-date with security and software updates. Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health to ensure smooth communication and operation. Collect hardware and software inventories, generating reports to support asset management and compliance. Ensure security and compliance by managing endpoint protection and implementing security policies. Qualifications

Minimum of three years of experience in a medium to large Enterprise organization in a role in which they are supporting multiple PCs and servers running Windows based operating systems

U.S. Citizenship is required per contract.

Certified as a Microsoft Technology Specialist

Proficient in administering and deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager (or a later version)

Proficient in planning and deploying Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 (or a later version) Configuration Manager and its associated site systems

Desired:

FLETC Experience or experience in another DHS agency Experience in managing Apple systems in SCCM Active Secret Clearance
