OverviewSummary
The Microsoft Consultant role is responsible for providing outstanding technical delivery and consulting to ConvergeOne’s customers. This position is expected to bring relevant expertise and experience in one or more of the key Microsoft solution pillars: Voice & Collaboration, Identity & Security, O365 & Infrastructure, SharePoint & Development, and Azure.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions
Plans, prepares, implements, and tests solutions scoped in the project Scope of Work according to best practices and on schedule.Validates pre-sales design during design assuranceParticipate in planning of technical executionExecutes design and implementation according to ConvergeOne and industry best practicesMaintains accurate documentation and produce project deliverables as scopedPerforms work according to schedule and within budgetCollaborates as a team with peers on delivery, problem solving, and knowledge sharing
Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Works on projects both independently and as a team lead or team memberStays abreast of latest network and cloud technologies within and around technical specializations
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
High School diploma or GED2-5+ years related experience in either consulting services delivery or equivalentCurrent Microsoft certification(s) in primary technical competencyProven track record of solutions delivery and client satisfactionProblem-solving mentality and commitment to continuous learningWillingness and ability to leverage internal and/or external resourcesExcellent verbal and written communication
