Stoneridge Software is seeking a highly motivated, assertive, client-centric project leader to join our team as a Solution Architect within our Data Insights group. This individual will occupy a high-impact role, assisting the Practice Director in redefining and implementing the future of Stoneridge Software’s data solutions. The Solution Architect will leverage their passion for people, culture, and effective communication to guide organizations through their Business Intelligence (BI), Reporting, and Analytics journey. This role involves designing, developing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide solutions to optimize information access for our clients. Additionally, the Solution Architect will be responsible for demonstrating best practices and governance and supporting sales and marketing initiatives to grow our Data practice strategically. A Day in the LifeProvide overall solution strategy, architecture, and development for BI/Analytics offerings within data insights projects, including initial client meetings, roadmaps, and scoping sessions Support all phases of BI/Analytics for client projects (Discovery, Initiation, Creation, Deployment, and transition to Operation) aligning with Stoneridge's proven processes  Participate in prospect discovery to understand customer needs and challenges  Develop customized prospect and client solution demonstrations Present, demonstrate, and articulate technical solutions in a concise, clear, and convincing way to both technical and non-technical audiences  Assist with the preparation of Statements of Work with a focus on Scope and estimate as needed Conduct marketing-focused webinars for clients and prospects as needed Customize the BI/Analytics offerings to meet individual client and project needs Collaborate with Client and Stoneridge project delivery teams to organize the BI/Analytics work effort and drive to results Collaborate with client and Stoneridge project delivery teams to organize BI/Analytics work efforts and drive results  Drive strategic transformation initiatives, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks to stay ahead of business changes  Contribute to defining and demonstrating Stoneridge Software’s enterprise data management framework, standards, architectures, models, and governance processes. Provide best-practice recommendations on tools and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) for Data initiatives Collaborate and build trust with leaders and Data Developers/Leads in our Technical Delivery teams Ensure alignment across all departments to deliver services with the highest quality and speed to value, embodying a holistic "One Stoneridge" approach. Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or related field or relative experience 5+ years of relative professional experience, including Data Architecture, specifically designing and implementing Data frameworks 5+ years' experience leading and motivating projectteams through various stages of growth and learning development, ideally in consulting Proficiency in estimating workloads and authoring Statements of Work (SOWs) Comprehensive understanding of data principles, extensive knowledge of data warehousing methodologies, data modeling, and handling big data  Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing solutions in the Microsoft Azure stack using technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks, SQL Server, Synapse Analytics, Analysis Services, and Power BI Proven track record of leading proof of concept for new architecture solutions to validate requirements and expedite delivery, enabling clients to swiftly convert data into actionable insights influencing business decision Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP experience (F&O, AX) Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English  Effective communication skills, including active listening and clear message conveyance  Positive attitude towards change, showing flexibility and adaptability  Ability to work effectively in a team, fostering cooperation and inclusivity   Willingness to mentor other team members periodically  Degree in Technology or extensive experience in a related field  Aligns to and demonstrates Stoneridge Software's Core Values: Integrity, Technical Excellence, Tenacity, Client Centric, and Enjoy your Work.  Growth Mindset: Prioritize self-development by attending training or self-learning to enhance skills and expertise and foster a positive team environment that encourages continuous improvement.

Work Location: This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan). 
Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to periodically meet with client teams across the United States and will be asked to attend industry events from time to time. CompensationOur philosophy is to provide compensation that is Competitive, Equitable, and Driven by Performance.  Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.
US (USD): $160,000 - $195,000Canada (CAD): C$140,000 - C$190,000
