Kforce has a client in Lenexa, KS that is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to design, implement, and support Dynamics 365 solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in our operations. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365, strong knowledge of business processes, and a proven ability to deliver scalable and efficient solutions aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: * Architect, design, and lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across the client's enterprise ecosystem * Collaborate with business leaders, analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives * Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 functionalities (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations) using Power Platform, workflows, and plugins * Integrate Dynamics 365 with the client's existing applications and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency * Establish and enforce best practices for Dynamics 365 development, deployment, and performance optimization * Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and external vendors * Develop and maintain documentation for solutions, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and integration designs * Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that meet the client's evolving needs * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while providing ongoing support and training for users * Articulating architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platform
