Kforce has a client in Lenexa, KS that is seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Business Analyst to support and enhance the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Summary: In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, configure, and optimize the system to align with business needs. You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementations and driving improvements in our Dynamics 365 environment across various business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Engagement, etc.) * Work closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions that align with business processes and objectives * Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Dynamics 365, providing guidance and insights into system capabilities and best practices * Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Dynamics 365 features and integrations * Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure end-users fully understand and utilize Dynamics 365 functionalities * Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows to support system customization and configuration * Assist in data migration, system testing, and validation to ensure successful implementation and upgrades * Monitor system performance and address user concerns or issues in a timely manner * Stay updated on Dynamics 365 updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions * Utilize recommended best practices and a thorough understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O functionality to create new features and/or fix reported issues and bugs
