To achieve this, we are seeking for junior consultants to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus, the UK, the MENA region, and other countries internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for clients.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
Configure, customize, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs and improve customer engagement.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics CRM and other internal systems.
Continuously learn and stay updated on new features, tools, and best practices related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or related Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
Solid understanding of CRM concepts, including sales, service, and marketing automation.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 customizations (fields, entities, forms, workflows).
Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting in Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or CRM.
Knowledge of client-side scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for customization purposes.
