Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Responsible for the design and development, modifications or extensions to the standard D365 CRM applications.
Support incident cases which includes investigation, documentation and creating fixes and workarounds to meet the customer requirement.
Work with the client to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and build, test and deploy solutions.
Troubleshooting, maintenance and integrating CRM application with other systems or platforms.
Work Set-up: Hybrid (1x a week RTO)
Years of experience required: at least 2-3 years of experience
