Microsoft Exchange/Outlook Engineer provides management, support and security administration for Alight's global O365 Exchange platform. Responsibilities include:

Exchange/Outlook-Management of internal and external client email mail processing including configuration of Conditional Access Policies, Transport Rules, Encryption, shared mailboxes etc.Configuration of outbound Bulk email processingEmail Gateway engineering, configuration and support – allowing business applications to send outbound email communications.Experienced configuration of Microsoft Defender, Purview Encryption Management, Quarantine solutions.Custom Domain Branded email configuration, delivery, supportShared Mailbox management (Internal/Client)Mail Retention Policies and Legal Hold Management, Forensic Investigations, etc.Experience using BitTitan for Mail data migrations for M&As, Executive retention etc.Level 3 Engineering support, Vendor Escalation, Change Implementations, and Product Management.
