Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Microsoft Global Services Practice Leader to join our global cloud services team. This role is pivotal in leading our go-to-market strategy and building a consistent global framework for Azure services, especially focused on migration and modernization. The ideal candidate will work closely with Microsoft global teams to ensure alignment with Microsoft practices and services and will collaborate with cloud services leaders, sales teams, and partners across various countries to drive business growth and ensure seamless delivery of our Azure solutions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Framework Development and Implementation:
Design and implement a consistent framework for delivering Microsoft Azure migration and modernization services globally.
Develop pricing models, delivery methodologies, and tools to ensure standardization and efficiency.
Collaborate with country teams to adopt and adhere to the established framework, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Ensure cohesive delivery of services across regions, maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration and Support:
Foster strong relationships with Microsoft global teams to ensure alignment with Microsoft Azure practices and services.
Work closely with cloud services leaders, sales teams, and partners in different countries.
Provide guidance and support to country teams, helping them understand and drive the Azure migration and modernization business.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across regions to enhance service delivery and business outcomes.
Act as a subject matter expert on Azure, providing insights and thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders.
Work with thought leaders within Ingram Micro to allow for continued success and to help identify areas of potential growth
Go-to-Market Leadership:
Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy for Microsoft Azure migration and modernization services.
Understand vendor offerings and programs, leveraging them to build comprehensive solutions, bundles, and service collaterals.
Work closely with country sales and services leaders to tailor and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
Create and drive campaigns to promote services to partners and end customers.
Personal Skills Development
An active and contributing member of Microsoft technical community
Keep up to date with current and future technologies, products and strategies
Build a solid skills foundation in chosen subject matter
Maintain relevant vendor certifications
Build and enhance relationships with peers

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud services, with a focus on Azure migration and modernization workloads.
At least 3 years of experience leading Microsoft practices and services.
Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
Strong understanding of Microsoft services, tools, and best practices for Azure migration and modernization, including but not limited to: Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Database Migration Service, Azure App Service Migration Assistant, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, Azure Arc, Azure Cost Management, Azure Landing Zones, Azure Well-Architected Framework, Azure Resource Manager and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
Solid understanding of Microsoft programs related to Azure migration and modernization.
Experience in building and implementing standardized frameworks and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) preferred. Industry leading knowledge of chosen subject matter

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
