What You Will Do:The Microsoft O365 Cloud Administrative Engineer is a technology professional responsible for delivering hands-on technical support to oversee and sustain the organization’s Office 365 environments and associated technologies. This role encompasses a range of tasks, including the management, configuration, and upkeep of Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platforms. Additionally, this position will participate in new acquisitions and the migration of Office 365 tenants.Responsibilities include:Overseeing and sustaining the Company's SharePoint Online environments, setting up features, resolving issues, and guaranteeing peak performance within the Microsoft 365 ecosystemCollaborating with various stakeholders and technology support teams to coordinate system activitiesDiagnosing and resolving problems effectivelyIdentifying opportunities for automation to enhance processes, workflows, or system uptimeEnsuring comprehensive monitoring of Office 365 and maintaining accurate system documentation
What You Will Need:Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience OR 8 years of relevant experienceU.S. Citizenship 4+ years of Office 365 SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams4+ years of PowerShell scriptingProficient in O365 service applications/content migrationsMust reside in the U.S.
What Would Be Nice To Have:Proficient in identifying and resolving intricate technical challenges, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilitiesSkilled in working autonomously and effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are metProficient in Exchange online administrationFamiliarity with O365 Power Platforms

The annual salary range for this position is $77,000.00-$129,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
