Position Overview: We're seeking a talented and motivated individual who has an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite. The successful candidate will have a passion for training and technology, and the ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand lessons. Responsibilities + Implementing and delivering Microsoft 365 Suite training programs. + Developing course materials and lessons that are engaging and effective. + Keeping up with the latest product features and updates. + Evaluating students' progress and providing valuable feedback. + Identifying and addressing skills gaps. Requirements + Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. + Mastery of Microsoft 365 Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and OneNote. + Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience. + Microsoft Certified: Trainer certification is a plus. + Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles. + Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
