Job description:
Experienced Office 365 Technical Expert for one of our Federal government clients (Environmental Protection Agency-EPA) in Washington, DC and the North Carolina area.
Description:
Using knowledge of Office 365 architecture, administration and best practice recommendations combined with a strong current knowledge of Active Directory, Active Sync, Lync, SharePoint and MS- Exchange, assist EPA improve its reliability, security and integration of the Office 365 ecosystem in the existing environment. The candidate will lead the EPA and our team to improve the overall reliability, integration and user experience of the Office 365 tools for the 20k+ users.
Basic Qualifications:
•Proven design, planning and implementation experience with Office 365 in large 10k+ user environments. Total Off-prem solutions.
•Experience with MS Lync Voice.
•Experience with Microsoft Azure or other hosting technologies a plus.
•Experience in other messaging solutions such as anti-virus/anti-spam appliances and or applications, archiving solutions, mobility solutions or real-time collaboration solutions a plus.
•Responsible for leadership and delivery of project based assignments that encompass system architecture, proof-of-concept and deployment services.
• Has moderate to heavy contact with middle and senior level executives.
•Project management and methodology skills a plus.
•Support and lead solution group development initiatives through development of solution offerings, pre-sales support and marketing efforts.
•Facilitate and lead client configuration planning meetings for specific technology projects.
•Strong customer relationship skills and willingness to lead customers through successful challenging projects.
•Establish reputation as subject matter expert in assigned technology area.
Desired:
•Experience with Microsoft Office 365 at all levels at a Federal Agency or other large environments.
•Five years minimum experience in MS Exchange, Active Directory, Lync, SharePoint and infrastructure technologies.
•Experience with MS Lync a plus.
•Experience with SharePoint a plus.
•eDiscovery Understanding of Microsoft Licensing.
•Proven written and presentation skills to various audiences
Education and work experience:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 11 years of professional experience; or 9 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
