Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Power Apps/Power Platform Expertise: Build efficient, reliable apps following established standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. UI/UX and User Experience Development: Design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces in Power Apps. Optimize workflows to create efficient user experiences, minimizing clicks and screens. Business Analysis and Process Improvement: Translate high-level business needs into effective application functionality. Anticipate future system needs based on user behavior and feedback. Customer-Focused Solutions: Proactively identify and address customer needs. Fill in gaps where customer requirements may be unclear or incomplete.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps and the Power Platform. Strong skills in building and troubleshooting efficient, user-centered applications. Demonstrated experience designing clean, effective user interfaces. Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and refine requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must have permanent authorization to work in US without sponsorship Third party candidates will not be considered

Preferred Skills

Experience with process documentation and architecture. Familiarity with similar projects or platforms that enhance system functionality.

Colorado Pay Range:
35 - 125/per Hour
