Key Responsibilities + Microsoft Power Apps/Power Platform Expertise: + Build efficient, reliable apps following established standards. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. + UI/UX and User Experience Development: + Design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces in Power Apps. + Optimize workflows to create efficient user experiences, minimizing clicks and screens. + Business Analysis and Process Improvement: + Translate high-level business needs into effective application functionality. + Anticipate future system needs based on user behavior and feedback. + Customer-Focused Solutions: + Proactively identify and address customer needs. + Fill in gaps where customer requirements may be unclear or incomplete. Qualifications + Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps and the Power Platform. + Strong skills in building and troubleshooting efficient, user-centered applications. + Demonstrated experience designing clean, effective user interfaces. + Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and refine requirements. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Must have permanent authorization to work in US without sponsorship + Third party candidates will not be considered Preferred Skills + Experience with process documentation and architecture. + Familiarity with similar projects or platforms that enhance system functionality.
