We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with deep expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate to design, develop, and deploy robust business solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, be adept at automating workflows, and possess a problem-solving mindset to optimize business processes.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Design, develop, and implement both Canvas and Model driven Apps to support business processes, ensuring intuitive and scalable UI/UX.
• Build and optimize Power Automate flows to streamline and automate business operations.
• Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services, and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain custom connectors and leverage available APIs to enhance application functionality.
• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Provide technical guidance and support to business users, ensuring proper adoption and use of Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing Power Apps and Automate workflows to improve performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features, tools, and best practices to continuously improve solution development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong proficiency in creating responsive, accessible, and user-friendly Canvas Apps.
• Expertise in Power Automate (flow design, triggers, actions, and integration with external systems).
• Experience working with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure Functions, REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP requests.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a low-code/no-code development mindset.
• Experience in security and governance best practices within Power Platform (e.g., role-based access, data loss prevention policies).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
• Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL-100, PL-200, or PL-600) is a plus.
• Experience with Model-driven Apps and Power Virtual Agents.
• Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) with Power Automate Desktop.
• Familiarity with Power BI for basic reporting and analytics.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
