The impact you'll have:
We are looking for a Microsoft Sales Administrator to join our team and support our Microsoft Sales Specialist and Sales teams. You will be responsible for managing various account activities, such as submitting and tracking operational cases for order submissions, contract submissions, invoice issues, quote submissions, and contact changes. You will also serve as initial point of contact for daily customer requests on existing Microsoft contracts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You should also have a foundational understanding of Microsoft products and services; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
Submit and manage Salesforce cases for order submissions, contract submissions, invoice issues, quote submissions and contact changes. Handle daily customer requests on existing Microsoft contracts and provide timely and accurate responses Coordinate with the sales team to provide information and documentation for Microsoft products and services Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed Maintain records and files of sales activities and transactions Stay updated on the latest Microsoft products and services, as well as licensing and professional services requirements
What you'll bring to the table:
3+ years of experience as a sales administrator or coordinator, preferably in the IT industry Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Knowledgeable of Microsoft products and services, such as Azure, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Windows 10 Experienced in managing Microsoft Volume Licensing operations, such as submitting and tracking orders, contracts, quotes, and invoices, using the Volume Licensing Service Center and the Microsoft Admin Center Skilled in communication, organization, and problem-solving, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively and professionally Familiar with Microsoft licensing models and agreements, such as Enterprise Agreement, Cloud Solution Provider, and Microsoft Customer Agreement Able to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team and other departments, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Certified as a Microsoft Sales Specialist or willing to obtain certification within 6 months of hire Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
