Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Microsoft Teams Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Microsoft Teams Engineer
**Location:** New York, NY

**What's the Job?**
+ You will own, troubleshoot and solve complex customer technical issues.
+ Create thorough test scripts and lead product QA/UAT and regression testing.
+ Utilize troubleshooting tools to perform in-depth product troubleshooting and remediation.
+ Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues to resolve issues involving multiple components.
+ Provide timely engineering assistance during incidents or outages.
**What's Needed?**
+ 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and administering Enterprise MS Teams solutions.
+ Solid and deep knowledge in M365 technologies, particularly MS Teams, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
+ Extensive experience with tenant restrictions, conditional access, and cloud security.
+ Good understanding of audio, video, quality measurement, and performance analysis.
+ Hands-on experience with PowerShell commandlet for Teams administration and other automation tools.
