Job Description We are seeking a skilled Microstation CADD Designer who will be responsible for the production of maps and drawings. The main objectives include ensuring quality, meeting schedules, staying within budgets, and providing responsive service to clients. The ideal candidate will coordinate the production of maps and drawings, covering all details to meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements. Additionally, the candidate will download/upload field data, produce technical maps and drawings using various software platforms, and communicate with the project team. Responsibilities + Produce accurate, thorough, and clear maps and drawings + Coordinate production to ensure quality, budget, and schedule adherence + Download and upload field data + Utilize various software platforms for technical production of maps and drawings + Communicate effectively with the project team Essential Skills + 3 - 5 years of experience in Microstation + Design survey processing and survey computation + Proficiency in Trimble Business Center + EFB Data processing + GPS processing and planning + Experience with boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, topographic surveys, and transportation Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in CAD, surveying, and drafting + Experience with FDOT, Microstation, ORD (Open Road Designer), AutoCAD + Strong communication and coordination skills Work Environment The role is based out of the Sanford office.
