Job Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Microwave Engineering, or related field
Strong understanding of microwave theory, electromagnetic wave propagation, and transmission line theory
Proficiency in microwave circuit design and simulation tools (e.g., Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS, CST Microwave Studio)
Experience with microwave measurement equipment (e.g., vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters)
Familiarity with microwave component technologies (e.g., GaN, GaAs, MMICs, LTCC)
Knowledge of defense and aerospace industry standards and regulations
Prior experience in defense or aerospace industries is highly desirable
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative microwave system architectures
Design and optimize microwave components such as amplifiers, filters, mixers, oscillators, antennas
Utilize simulation tools to ensure component performance meets specified requirements
Develop microwave circuits using various technologies including microstrip, stripline, waveguide
Plan and execute laboratory tests to verify the performance of microwave systems and components
Build and test prototype systems; integrate components into larger systems for performance evaluation
Analyze performance data; propose design modifications for enhanced performance and reliability
Prepare technical documentation including design specifications and test plans
