Applicants must be licensed and in good standing (or eligible for admission) in California, the District of Columbia, New York, or Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities: + Investigate and analyze complex legal claims to build strong cases. + Draft comprehensive legal memos, complaints, motions, and briefs. + Manage discovery processes, including taking and defending depositions. + Participate in critical aspects of trial preparation and courtroom advocacy. + Engage in settlement discussions and negotiations with opposing counsel. + Contribute to litigation strategy in antitrust and other complex cases. Requirements Compensation & Benefits: + Base Salary Range: $165,000 - $180,000 annually (commensurate with experience). + Hybrid Work Model: Associates work in the office two days per week and are encouraged to take advantage of a "work from anywhere" option for up to four weeks per year. + A suite of top-tier benefits, including: + Five weeks of paid time off (PTO) and parental leave. + Comprehensive health insurance and well-being programs. + 401(k) plans with firm sponsorship. + Firm-sponsored disability and life insurance plans.
