Skills and Requirements 2-5 years of technical experience in software development, a bachelors degree with an emphasis in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or related engineering field is a plus  Ability to work successfully in a remote team environment  Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing, with various team members in roles that are both technical and non-technical  Experience with software development tools, methodologies, and cloud native technologies, including Azure DevOps, GitHub, Swagger, Postman, CI/CD Strategies  Proficient knowledge of popular programming languages, modern web languages, and frameworks, including C# .NET, Angular, JavaScript, Typescript and T-SQL  Ability to architect solutions of low-to-medium complexity and present them for alignment and approval  Creativity and problem-solving skills including the ability to identify issues, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis  Passion for technology and willingness to explore and adopt emerging technologies for practical business purposes  Ability to identify different ways to implement a solution and knowledge of how to balance the tradeoffs to choose the correct option (Ex: security vs. usability)  Ability to articulate and explain coding decisions and collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members around solutions  Ability to maintain an upbeat, positive attitude while working with an agile team to develop innovative technical solutions  Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines  May perform other job duties as assigned null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
