C.H. Robinson is hiring a **Mid Level .NET Full Stack Software Engineer** to join our technology team in Warsaw!
As a **Mid Level** **.NET Full Stack** Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with product managers and stakeholders to design and develop complex solutions that deliver real value to our customers. Your expertise in .NET will be key as you optimize and refactor code for performance and scalability. You’ll also play a vital role within a highly collaborative team, where working closely together is essential to getting things done and fostering a culture of innovation.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Define interfaces, develop, and influence architectural changes
+ Optimize, refactor, and reuse code for maximum efficiency
+ Analyze high-level customer requirements for complex problem-solving
+ Increase code quality through reviews and testing
+ Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues
+ Implement secure programming patterns and enhance application security
+ Estimate software project needs and dependencies
+ Mentor and coach other software engineers, seeking mentorship proactively.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
**Required:**
+ 4+ years of experience creating applications and features in **.NET**
+ Experience with database objects in relational databases (MS SQL)
+ Experience with HTTP and REST architecture
+ Experience with CI/CD continuous integration / continuous deployment practices
+ Proven track record of effectively delivering results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
+ Ability to communicate technical and business concepts across teams
+ Fluent English
**Preferred**
+ Experience with data streaming architecture and frameworks (ex. Kafka, RabbitMQ, ESB)
+ Experience with React, eventually TypeScript
+ Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
+ Experience in system integration projects or global projects
+ Experience with transportation, logistics, or business systems
+ Fluent Polish
