The following locations will also be considered: Tampa; West Palm Beach; and Miami. Your Impact + Design and deliver overhead and underground electric distribution projects (4 kV-35 kV), acting as the technical lead on medium-complexity work packages. + Provide engineering calculations, construction packages, and field support while coordinating with project managers, drafters, and client utilities. + Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. + Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs. Who You Are Required Qualifications + BSEE (or equivalent experience) + Solid understanding of OH and UG distribution design + CAD Software Experience. + 4 - 10 years in distribution engineering. + Strong background in both overhead (OH) and underground (UG) distribution design. + Proven ability to independently handle feeder-level OH and UG projects from scoping through Issued-for-Construction (IFC) with minimal oversight. + Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
