Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a Mid Level Electrical Engineer to help lead electrical design teams and produce quality designs.

Responsibilities Perform detailed electrical power systems design for water and wastewater treatment facilities with minimum supervision by a Senior Level Electrical EngineerPerform load calculations, detailed conduit routing, motor control center and switchgear design, and specification generation Qualifications 6 to 12 years experience working in Electrical EngineeringPE registration requiredBachelor’s degree in Electrical EngineeringFamiliarity with power system applications, including calculation of available short circuit current, voltage drop, harmonic distortion, and power factorField investigative and start-up experienceStrong understanding of NEC, NFPA 820 and NESCFamiliarity with the IEEE color book seriesProficient in MS Word and ExcelExcellent communication skillsHighly motivated, articulate, and self-startingHave the ability to interact positively with clients Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering Pay Range

$96,000 to $102,000 (if position is filled in the Denver location) annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
