Mid-level IMINT Collection Requirements Manager - TS/SCI
*

Supports United States Forces Global (USFOR-G) providing multi-disciplined intelligence operations in support of global United States (US) military and government operations, including, but not limited to, all Major Commands and Combatant Commands of all military branches. USFOR-G provides global intelligence analytical reach-back in support of Department of Defense (DoD), Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) initiatives, missions, and crisis response as well as US Army Europe & Africa (USAREUR-AF) remote, CONUS-based, analytical support.

Key Responsibilities\:
•    Monitor various systems for new IMINT/FMV collection requirements, validate, and ensure proper dissemination within the appropriate MACOM/COCOM. 
•    Interface with MACOMs/COCOMs, National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), and external and internal USFOR-G IMINT/FMV Requirements and Collection Managers to answer intelligence related RFIs and de-conflict or collaborate on theater IMINT/FMV requirements and reporting. 
•    Develop training tools, as required, on all aspects of IMINT/FMV mission accomplishment.

Required Qualifications\: 
•    Experience – At least eight years experience - four years operational Collection Management experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies plus four years of current GEOINT, Remote Sensing, or related field Analysis experience with the following MOS 35G, 350G, USMC 0261, 0241, AF 1N151X OR other Government agency/DoD/Joint service equivalent specialty codes
•    Clearance – TS/SCI
Special skills or qualifications
o    Thorough understanding of DoD and Service collection techniques, capabilities, and applications - Proficient in using manned/unmanned FMV imagery platforms to collect intelligence 
o    Proficient in using basic computer applications to include MS Office and intelligence related automation to include Falconview and C2PC 
o    Experience with IC collection management systems (e.g. Coliseum) mission applications 
o    Experience with communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet (e.g. MIRC, Jabber Chat, etc.) 
o    Strong writing and briefing skills 
o    Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team 

Highly desired qualifications and experience
•    Education – Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military enlisted or company grade officer experience 
•    Background in DoD or other Government agency manned or unmanned FMV collection platform capabilities, collection planning, synchronization, execution, and assessment 
•    Knowledge of communication and dissemination architectures 
•    Tactical FMV experience 
•    OSINT/PAI research and analytical experience

Minimum Education\: High School or equivalent

Minimum Years of Experience\: 8 years
