About this role

A well-respected and award-winning Architecture practice with a broad portfolio is seeking to welcome a mid to senior level Interior Designer to their Melbourne studio. Current project needs are sitting within the large-scale, public, education and sports sectors, however further opportunities exist within mixed-use, infrastructure and retail projects. Committed to creating outstanding contemporary interiors, this studio is only seeking Tier 1 talent to join their team!

Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with the team on large-scale, significant projects Provide strong design input across all interior’s aspects Document in Revit plans, joinery and details of interiors within complex, large-scale projects Create look and feel packages Apply a high-level of complex design thinking and detail resolution Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants Support and mentor graduates and students   

Skills & Experience

Qualification in Interior or Architectural Design Public and/ or Education and Sports sector experience will be highly regarded  All round experience across project phases High proficiency in Revit Strong design and presentation skills (demonstrated in portfolio) Experience maintaining design intent throughout project phases, with strong design conviction Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
